The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that from 1 March 2016 the Company will conduct business in 35 INTERSPORT sport stores located in 23 cities and towns of the total commercial area of 32 723 m2, i.e. by 3.2% smaller than on 31 December 2015 (was: 37 stores of the total area of 33 821 m2).

The change which has occurred is the result of the expiry, on 29 February 2016, of two rental agreements concerning INTERSPORT stores located in: 1) "Atrium Plejada Bytom" Shopping Center located at the address: al. Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego 25 in Bytom, where for 15 years the Company conducted business activity, and: 2) „M1” Shopping Center at the address: ul. Szwajcarska 14 in Poznań, where the Company was ran sale for 11 years. Due to unsatisfactory sales results the Management Board decided not to extend the rental
agreements concerning these two locations.

All currently existing stores of INTERSPORT in Poland are the Company’s own stores.
