Art. 19 Section 3 of MAR – information on transactions executed by individuals holding managerial positions
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that today it has received notification on transactions over the share capital of the Company executed on 10 - 11 May 2017 by Ms. Dorota Radwańska – member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The content of the received notification constitutes the annex to this Report.
The notification was made pursuant to Art. 19 Section 1 of the Regulation of the European Union and Council no 596/2014 dated 16 April 2014 on market abuses (MAR Regulation).
