The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that pursuant to Par. 103 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 860) the Company submits the schedule for the publication of periodic reports for the year 2017:

1.Quarterly reports:
-for the first quarter 2017 – 5 May 2017 (Friday)
- for the third quarter: 2017 – 31 October 2017 (Tuesday)

2.Half-yearly report:
- for the first half year of 2017 – 30 August 2017 (Wednesday)

3. Annual report:
- for the year 2016 – 31 March 2017 (Friday)

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that pursuant to Par. 101 point 2 and 102 point 1 of the Regulation referred to above the Company has decided not to publish periodic reports for the second and fourth quarters of the turnover year.
