Planned change of the trading area.
Legal grounds:
Art. 17 Section 1 of MAR – confidential information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn informs that from 1 September 2017 the Company will conduct business activity in 31 INTERSPORT sport stores located in 23 metropolitan areas of the total trading area of 28,933 m2, i.e. a 3.6% decrease as compared to the trading area on 30 June 2017 (was: 32 stores of the total area of 30,004 m2). The change occurred due to: 1). The expiry, on 31 August 2017, of the rental area of the INTERSPORT store of the area of 1071m2 located at CHR Pasaż Grunwaldzki at No 22 Plac Grunwaldzki in Wrocław where the Company used to trade sports goods from 2007 and 2) the lack of an alternative rental offer in the same shopping mall despite the application of the
Company.
The closure of the said store which did not generate the expected profit will allow for lowering the cost of business activity and therefore an improvement of the results of the whole INTERSPORT network.
