Planned reduction of the trading area of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.

Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – confidential information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn informs that from 24 July 2017 the Company will conduct commercial activity in 32 INTERSPORT sports located in 23 cities and towns, of the
total trading area of 30,004 m2, i.e. 2.6% lower as compared to 30 June 2017 (was: 33 stores of the total area of 30,820 m2).
The change will be due to the mutual understanding concerning the shortening of the rental agreement concerning the INTERSPORT store located in Centrum Handlowe Borek in Al. Gen. J. Hallera No 52 in Wrocław of
the area of 816 m2 where, from 2013, the Company traded sports goods and serviced sports equipment. The rental agreement referred to above was mentioned in the Current Report No 10 dated 3 April 2013.
Optimization of the store in 2013, namely moving out from the existing two-level store of the area of 1,282 m2 to the one-level store of the area of 816 m2 contributed to the lowering of the cost of the business activity
however did not significantly increase the profitability. Therefore, in the opinion of the Management Board, the closure of this particular store will improve the overall profitability of the whole network.
