Art. 56 Section 5 of the public offering Law – information updating

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. based in Cholerzyn announces that on 11 August 2015, it executed annexes to cooperation agreements described in detail in current reports
No 26 of 29 July 2014 and No. 30 of 13 August 2013, concluded with Alior Bank S.A. with the registered seat in Warszawa, ul. Łopuszańska 38 d.

Based on the executed annexes:
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 29 July 2014 it received notification on concluding, by Alior Bank S.A. with the seat in
Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska 38 d, annexes to cooperation agreements referred to in Current Report No 30 dated 13 August 2013.

Pursuant to the concluded annexes:
- Overdraft Agreement to the amount of PLN 4,900,000.00 was extended until 11 August 2016;
- The final deadline for the repayment of the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of PLN 2,100,000.00 was extended until 12 August 2016;
- The final deadline for the repayment of the Guarantee Products Debt Limit Agreement to the amount of EUR 1,100,000.00 was extended until 12 August 2016;
- The expiry date of the Reverse Factoring Agreement (AliorFaktor) to the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 was extended until 09 November 2016.

Terms and conditions determined in annexes to the agreements referred to above do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market, the their extension will positively affect the financial
condition of the Company.
