Prolongation of the commercial premises rental agreement at “Galleria Krakowska” Shopping Center in Kraków

Art. 56 Section 1 point 1 of the public offering Law – classified information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that on 15 July 2015 it received the information on the prolongation, by KNS Krakau Neue Stadtmitte G.m.b.H & Co. KG
limited partnership (formerly: Kraków Nowe Miasto Sp. z o.o.) of the rental agreement of the commercial premises of the area 869 m2 located at the “Galeria Krakowska” Shopping Center in
Kraków.
The agreement was extended for a specified time period by 13 September 2026 on similar financial conditions. Other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
The INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company since 2006 has been trading sports goods at the “Galeria Krakowska” Shopping Center in Kraków. The rental agreement of the premises referred to above was described in detail in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document).
