Prolongation of the commercial premises rental agreement at M1 Shopping Mall in Poznań.

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that on 10 February 2015 it received a copy of Annex No 3 to the rental agreement of the commercial premises located at M1 Shopping Mall in Poznań, ul. Szwajcarska No 14 duly signed by METRO Properties Sp. z o.o. (formerly METRO Group Asset Management Sp. z o.o. ) with the seat in Warsaw, al. Krakowska 61.
Pursuant to the said Annex, the Agreement dated 17 May 2005 concerning the rental of the commercial premises of the area of 636 m2 where the Company runs sales of sports goods under the INTERSPORT logo was prolonged by 29 February 2016 on more favourable financial terms. Other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
The rental agreement of the said premises was described in detail in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document).
