The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company informs that on 15 July 2015 it received the information on the prolongation, by Helios SCC limited liability company (the present
owner of the Silesia City Shopping Center in Katowice) of the rental agreement of the commercial premises of the area 1027.25 m2 located at the “Silesia City” Shopping Center in Katowice.

The agreement was extended for a specified time period by 17 November 2015 on similar financial conditions. Other terms and conditions of the said agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly
used on the market.

The INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company since 2005 has been trading sports goods at the “Silesia City” Shopping Center in Katowice. The rental agreement of the premises referred to above was
described in detail in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document).
