The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 18 December 2014 the Company concluded an annex to the rental agreement concerning the commercial premises of the area of 901 m2 located at “Manufaktura” Shopping Mall at No 5 Karskiego street in Łódź with Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, a German company with the seat in Hamburg.

Pursuant to the concluded annex the rental agreement was prolonged for a specified time period, by 18 May 2021 on comparable to the original ones financial terms. Other terms and conditions of the agreement do not deviate from the ones common on the market.

Since May 2006 INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company has conducted sale and service of sports goods at the “Manufaktura” Shopping Mall in Łodź. The rental agreement pertaining to the said commercial premises was mentioned in the Company’s Prospectus (Part III of the Registration Document).
