Proposed amendments to Articles of Association of INTERSPORT POLSKA S.A
Legal basis
Article 56, par. 1 pt. 2 of the Public Offering Act - current and periodic information
Acting in accordance with Article 38 Section 1 Point 2 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on
current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, Item 259), the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with its registered office in Cholerzyn, Cholerzyn 382, 32-060 Liszki, informs of its intent to draft a new uniform text of the Company Articles of Association, including amendments to Article 4 point 1 of the Articles of Association, of wording as attached hereto. The proposed amendments to the Articles of Association will be subject to voting at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. on 14 June 2013.
