The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn informs that on 28 August 2017 it received notification on the registration, on 24 August 2017, by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, No 12 Commercial Division of the National Court Register, of the amendments to §5 Art. 1 and § 34 of the Company’s Articles of Association introduced with the Resolution No 16 and 17 at the General Assembly of Shareholders on 30 June 2017.
