The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that on 18 December 2014 the Company concluded a rental agreement concerning new commercial premises located at “Posnania” Shopping Mall in Poznań with “Centrum Łacina” Sp. z o.o. with the seat at No 27 Al. Jana Pawła II in Warszawa.

The agreement concerns the rental of commercial premises of the area of 870 m2 where sale and service of sports goods under the logo of INTERSPORT will be held. According to the schedule, the newly built “Posnania” Shopping Mall in Poznań will be opened for clients in 2016.

The agreement was concluded for the period of 5 years from the date of the opening of the mall, with a possibility of being extended for another term, Other terms and conditions of the contract do not
deviate from the ones commonly used on the market.
