The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that today it received information on concluding, by LIBRA PROJECT 2 Sp. z o.o. with the seat in
Lublin, ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 20, 59-300 Lublin, of the rental agreement concerning the commercial premises located at Galeria Warmińska Shopping Mall in Olsztyn.

The agreement concerns the rental of the commercial premises of the area of 634 m2 where INTERSPORT will conduct sale and service of sports good under its own logo. The opening of the
new store is scheduled to take place in the fourth quarter of 2014. The new store will be the first INTERSPORT store in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province.

The Agreement was concluded for a definite period of 5 years with the possibility of being extended for a further period. The agreement was concluded on favourable financial terms, the fact that was
convincing for the Management Board to open a new store in this location. Furthermore, the costs of launching a new store at Galeria Warmińska shall be low as most of the furnishing will be the one
recovered by the Company in effect of decreasing the area of the store at CH Riviera in Gdynia. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from the ones commonly used on the
market.
