Rental agreement of premises at CH Riviera Gdynia

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that today it has received information on concluding a commercial premises rental agreement with CENTRUM WZGÓRZE
Limited Liability Company with the seat in Warsaw (postal code: 02-801), ul. Puławska no 427, entered to the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, No 13 Business
Division of the Polish Court Register under the entry no KRS 24544, company number (REGON): 016368495, Tax Number (NIP): 534-21-26-592 of the share capital of PLN 200,000,000.

The agreement concerns rental of the commercial premises of the area of ca. 1,200 square meters located in the existing RIVIERA Shopping Mall in Gdynia (formerly Centrum Handlowe WZGÓRZA in Gdynia), where the
Company will run sales of goods and services under the INTERSPORT brand. The agreement is concluded for a specified time period of 7 years with the possibility of being extended for further 5 years. The terms and
conditions of the agreement do not deviate from the ones that prevail on the market for such agreements.

The opening of the store is scheduled for the fourth quarter 2014 provided the Lessor has obtained the final building license concerning decreasing the so-far store where the Company runs its activity by 15 September
2014. Should the issuance of the final building license be postponed, then the opening of the store will take place not earlier than in the second quarter 2015.

The Company informs that simultaneously with the take-over of the new subject of rent, the agreement concerning the rental of commercial premises at the same location of the area of 2,592 square meters,
described in detail in the Current Report no 29/2008 dated 28 May 2008, will be terminated. Pursuant to this agreement the Company runs business activity at CH Riviera at the present time.
The change of the store area is consistent with the adopted by the Management Board strategy of store area optimizing and related thereto cost reduction.
