Art. 56 Section 1 point 2 of the Law on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. based in Cholerzyn, pursuant to §27, in connection with §5 section 1 clause 21 of the regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities informs that on 10-th December 2014 Mr. Klaus Jost resigned from the membership in the Supervisory Board due to personal reasons.
Mr. Klaus Jost was a member of the Remuneration and Promotion Committee which acts within the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. wishes to thank Mr. Klaus Jost for her active involvement in the works of the Supervisory Board and the many-year support for the Company in its
