Resolution of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange on the introduction to trading of common bearer shares of Series A.

INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn announces that the Management Board of the Stock Exchange for Securities on 11 August. adopted Resolution No. 813/2015 on the
admission and introduction to trading on the WSE Main List of bearer ordinary shares of series A of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.
To exchange trading on the main market were admitted 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ordinary bearer series A of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten grosch) each.
The WSE Management Board has resolved to introduce the shares referred to above in an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market as of 14 August 2015, under the condition that
KDPW S.A. registered the shares on 14 August 2015. coding them as "PLINTSP00038".
