Pursuant to § 38 section 1 point 5 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of
INTERSPORT Polska S.A. presents enclosed the texts of the following resolutions, adopted at the General Assembly of Shareholders of the Company on 13 June 2014.

The General Assembly considered all items on the agenda. No objections were reported to the minutes of the Assembly.
