Resolutions passed at the General Meeting of Shareholders of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. headquartered in Cholerzyn presents enclosed the texts of the resolutions, adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 30 June 2017. The General Meeting of Shareholders considered all items on the agenda. No objections were reported to the minutes of the Assembly.

The Report was prepared pursuant to §38 Section 1 Clause 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.
