Revenue for December in Year 2013

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that net revenue on sales gained in December 2013 amounted to PLN 27,572 thousand and was
6.8% lower than in the analogous period of 2012 (PLN 29,595 thousand).

Increasingly, in the period from January to December 2013 the Company gained net revenue on sales of PLN 219,866 thousand, i.e. 5.6% less than in the analogous period in 2012 (PLN 233,004
thousand of which PLN 13,323 thousand gained from additional sales of UEFA EURO 2012 licensed products).

Excluding one-time event, i.e. additional sale of UEFA EURO 2012 licensed products that the Company conducted at stadiums and fan-zones, the Company’s turnover in 2013 was on the level
comparable to 2012 (ca. 0.1% higher than in the previous year).
