With its registered office in Cholerzyn announces that in June 2013:
1. the core operations carried out in a network of INTERSPORT sports stores brought about a revenue of PLN 17,124,000.00, i.e. the Company noted a 6.7% increase as compared to the corresponding period of 2012 (PLN 16,044,000.00)
2. no additional one-off revenue was generated, contrary to June 2012 when the Company reported additional revenue of PLN 13,323,000.00 in 30 separate retail outlets located in stadiums and fan zones during the EURO. In connection with the above, in June 2013 the total sales revenue of the Company reached PLN 17,124,000, as compared to PLN 29,367,000.00 in the corresponding period of the preceding year.

In 2Q 2013, the total value of the Company’s net sales revenue was PLN 51,636,000.00, and was lower than the revenue
generated in the corresponding period of the preceding year by 10,087,000.00 (i.e. 61,723,000.00, inclusive of additional sales during EURO 2012).
