The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, hereby states that the net sales revenue earned in May 2014 was approximately PLN 18,768,000.00 and was 10.9 per cent higher than in the
corresponding period of 2013, in which the Company reported revenue of PLN 16,922,000.00.

Cumulatively, from January to May 2014, the value of the Company’s net sales revenue was approximately PLN 96,385,000.00, i.e. 4.1 per cent higher than the revenue generated in the corresponding period of the preceding year (i.e. PLN 92,570,000.00).
