Supplementing of materials for the Extraordinary General Assembly convened for 15 March 2017
Legal grounds:
Art. 56 Section 1 Clause 2 of the Public Offering Law – current and periodic information.
The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn (the „Company”) attached to this Report submits supplemented materials for the Extraordinary General Assembly of INTERSPORT Polska Company convened for 15 March 2017.
In consideration of the fact that an authorized shareholder submitted a draft of a resolution (Current Report No 19 dated 9 March 2017) on the issue concerning Art. 7 of the Agenda of the Extraordinary Assembly the following shall be subject to modifications:
1. Drafts of resolutions with justifications,
2. Form of a Power of Attorney,
3. Articles of Association of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. – consolidated text.
All of the materials referred to above will be available can be seen at the Company’s website under the „For Investors” tag: http://inwestor.intersport.pl.
Legal grounds: § 38 Section 1 Clause 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions of recognizing as equivalent information required by a state other than a member state.
