Pursuant to Clause 89 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A., with its registered office in Cholerzyn, announces that, on 30 April 2013, it received from the Spółka Akcyjna KBC Securities N.V.

Oddział w Polsce, with its registered office in Warsaw, a notice of termination of the agreement to act as an Issue Broker on the Warszaw Stock Exhcange. The notice of termination states that the agreement will terminate on 31 May 2013.
The Company has taken steps aimed at promptly concluding a new agreement on providing services as an Issue Broker on the Warsaw Stock Exchange with another entity holding the required entitlements. The Management Board will report on the signing of such an agreement in a separate current report.

At the same time, the Management Board reiterates that, in order to increase the liquidity of shares in the Company,
INTERSPORT Polska S.A. holds a second agreement on the provision of services as an Issue Broker concluded with DM
TRIGON with its registered office in Warsaw.
