The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn informs that on 22nd September this year was signed with GOTHAER Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, a general agreement specifying the terms and conditions of business insurance.

The agreement was concluded for a period of 2 years, i.e. from 25th September 2017 to 24th September 2019 and policies will be issued annually i.e. the first policy year from 25th September 2017 to 24th September 2018, the second policy year from 25th September 2018 to 24th September 2019 on conditions not different from commonly used for this type of contract. The agreement does not contain provisions on contractual penalties.

Under the agreement, the sum insured (the value of the insured property) together with the theft limits for property insurance against all risks is: 284 189 304,82 PLN and the total insured sum (value of insured property) of electronic equipment from all risks (including theft limits to the full amount of insurance sum) is: 1 148 589,10 PLN. The basic guarantee sum in the civil liability insurance for the conducted business and property is 10 000 000 PLN. The contracted insurance coverage also includes an additional insurance line: damage insurance for equipment.

The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska SA with its registered office in Cholerzyn informs also that it has signed with the Company Colonnade Insurance SA Branch in Poland an insurance contract for the property in transport (cargo). The contract was concluded for the period from 25th September 2017 to 24th September 2018.

The criterion for recognising the contract as significant was the aggregate value (sum insured) of the general agreement, which represents a value higher than 10% of the Company's sales revenue for the last four quarters.
