The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. based in Cholerzyn, pursuant to §38 Section1 Point 3 of the Regulation on current and periodical information (Dz. U. Nr 33 poz. 259) and pursuant to Point II. Z.11 Good Practices of WSE listed companies informs, that on 23 February 2017 the Supervisory Board of Company has approved the draft resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders INTERSPORT Polska S.A. convened on 15 March 2017.
