The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn publicly announces the content of the notification received on 25 April 2016 on the disposal of the Company’s shares by a member of the supervisory body of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.

The notification which was made on 20 April 2016 informs that Ms. Dorota Radwańska, member of the Supervisory Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company on 18-19 April 2016 disposed, on her own behalf, 8550 bearer shares of the Company for the unit price of PLN 1.90 and 1.92.

According to the submitted Transaction Sheet, Ms. Dorota Radwańska:
• on 18 April 2016 disposed on her own behalf of 3910 bearer shares of the Company for the unit price of PLN 1.92 and 2228 bearer shares of the Company for the unit price of PLN 1.90.
• on 19 April 2016 disposed on her own behalf of 2412 bearer shares of the Company for the unit
price of PLN 1.90.

The transactions were held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warszawa on the regulated market at (regular trading session).
