The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn publicly announces the content of the notification received on 16 May 2016 on the disposal of the Company’s shares by a member of the supervisory body of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.

The notification which was made on 13 May 2016 informs that Ms. Dorota Radwańska, member of the Supervisory Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company on 11-12 May 2016 disposed, on her own behalf, 8233 bearer shares of the Company - 7613 bearer shares for the unit price of PLN 1.90 and 620 bearer shares for the unit price of PLN 1.93.
The transactions were held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warszawa on the regulated market at (regular trading session).
