The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn publicly announces the content of the notification received on 24 May 2016 on the disposal of the Company’s shares by a member of the supervisory body of INTERSPORT Polska S.A.
The notification which was made on 23 May 2016 informs that Ms. Dorota Radwańska, member of the Supervisory Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company on 23 May 2016 disposed, on her own behalf, 1000 bearer shares for the unit price of PLN 1.83 and 4000 bearer shares for the unit price of
PLN 1.82.
The transactions were held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warszawa on the regulated market at (regular trading session).
The notification which was made on 23 May 2016 informs that Ms. Dorota Radwańska, member of the Supervisory Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company on 23 May 2016 disposed, on her own behalf, 1000 bearer shares for the unit price of PLN 1.83 and 4000 bearer shares for the unit price of
PLN 1.82.
