Updating of the information concerning the rental agreement at CH Riviera, Gdynia

Referring to the Current Report No 23/2014 of 3 July 2014 The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company with the seat in Cholerzyn informs that the Company has delivered the so-far
rented premises located in the existing RIVIERA Shopping Mall in Gdynia (formerly Centrum Handlowe WZGÓRZA in Gdynia) to the Lessor. At the same time the rental agreement concerning the commercial premises of the area of 2,592 m2, described in detail in the Report No 29/2008 dated 28 May 20108 pursuant to which the Company
conducted, by 15 September 2014 the commercial activity at CH Riviera, was terminated.
The receipt of the new premises of the area of ca. 1200 is located in the existing RIVIERA Shopping Mall in Gdynia (formerly Centrum Handlowe WZGÓRZA in Gdynia) is scheduled to take place in
October 2014. In the new premises the Company will conduct sale of sports goods under the logo of INTERSPORT. The opening date is scheduled at the fourth quarter 2014.
