Due to the failure of Focus Park Gliwice sp. z o.o. Company to comply with its basic obligations resulting from the concluded agreement which was described in current report no 30 dated 24 October 2006, the Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A with the seat in Cholerzyn on 19 November 2013 decided to withdraw from the said agreement pertaining to the rental of commercial premises at Focus Park in Gliwice.
